Elevations are designed with huge glass openings to frame the surrounding nature and wood louvers are used to provide shade and privacy to the interior, and a white element surrounds the whole villa defining the volume connections.

An entrance with sharp edges attracts the visitor’s vision toward the house's main gate. And the dark tones used on the first-floor contrast with the lighter colors and textures featured in the main façade.

The existing stairs became part of the interior and the 2 floors which weren’t connected in the past became connected as a duplex.

Around 50m wide pathway opens in front of the visitors as an entrance that combines grey and white material along with stone to express modernism.
The 2 floors were existing and thus a renovation took place, thus changing the whole place's exterior, interior, and landscape.
